Pairing the dongle again to the headset using the steps below.
1. Turn off headset power
2. Remove the wireless dongle from the PC
3. Long press the power button till the red and blue light start flickering. The headset will enter pairing mode
4. Plug the USB dongle to the PC
5. Headset will automatically detect the headset and issue should be resolved.
